On the Web

Adding your trucks:

  1. Go to the Settings
  2. Click Equipment
  3. Click Create Equipment
  4. Add the Truck number or Truck Name & Equipment Type, then click Create

Adding your Drivers:

Once your trucks have been added to your account, you can add your drivers and assign their trucks.

Adding your Company Drivers:

Company drivers only drive for you, and no other companies.
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Users
  3. Click on +Create User
  4. Complete driver details & click on Create

Important:
Check the Send SMS Invitation box to invite the driver via text message with link to install the mobile app.

Adding your Contracted Drivers:

Contracted drivers might driver for other companies as well as your own. These are individual drivers, not multi-truck vendors.
  1. Go to the Settings
  2. Click Users
  3. Select + Create Driver
  4. Complete driver details, assign or add new truck
  5. Click Create

Important:

On Mobile

Adding your Company Drivers:

Company drivers only drive for you, and no other companies.
  1. Tap on Account
  2. Select Manage Users
  3. Tap on +Add
  4. Complete driver details & tap on Submit

  2. Select Manage Contract Drivers
  3. On the next screen, tap + Add
