Order-wide progress for pooled orders — Drivers working a pooled order now see live progress for the whole order instead of just their own load — every material on the order, with delivered and ordered quantities and what is left to haul. Once the full order is reached, finishing a load prompts the driver to finish the job instead of rolling straight into another one. Turn it on per company with “Share order totals with drivers.”Digital tickets save with the signature — Saving a drop-off signature now saves the digital ticket with it, so a ticket is no longer lost when a driver closes the ticket sheet after signing. A signed draft also survives switching loads or closing the sheet.Accept a driver’s job from mobile — Dispatchers can now move an assigned driver’s job to Accepted from the Dispatch tab on their phone — previously this could only be done on the web.Improvements
- The Edit Ticket material picker now offers only the materials actually on the order, rather than every material at the company.
- Upload prompts and validation no longer offer GIF or WebP. Photos and documents go up as JPEG, PNG or PDF.
