New features

Export settlements to QuickBooks in bulk — Billers can now select multiple settlements on Payables or Receivables and send them all to QuickBooks in one action, instead of exporting them one at a time. A summary afterward shows how many succeeded, how many were skipped and why, and the rows update as it runs.A default tax rate schedule for untaxed lines — Canadian QuickBooks exports no longer block or go out blank when a line has no tax. Settings → QuickBooks → Advanced gains a “Default Untaxed Tax Rate Schedule” picker, and until it’s set, an export that needs it fails with a clear explanation instead of a silent problem.Email a quote PDF to your customer — The Quotes menu on a project now offers “Email PDF” alongside “View PDF.” The recipient is prefilled from the account’s primary contact, and the subject and note can be edited before sending.Clear a false duplicate flag on a ticket — A ticket wrongly flagged as a duplicate can be cleared with one click. The red Duplicate chip is replaced by who dismissed it and when, with an Undo — and the flag comes back on its own if a genuinely matching ticket turns up later.

Improvements

  • Dispatch Orders and Assigned Orders load noticeably faster and scroll more smoothly on large boards.
  • Live job ETAs can now be calculated with real truck dimensions instead of generic car routing, giving more accurate arrival times where equipment types have their dimensions filled in.
  • Scanned ticket units and quantities now follow the job’s rate, so fewer tickets need correcting by hand afterward.
  • For Fast-Weigh customers, vendor voids now void the matching Tread ticket and vendor revisions update it, instead of both waiting for someone to handle them manually.
  • The Projects page gains a Material filter.
  • CSV imports for drivers, vendors, customers, and sites now accept common US phone formats instead of rejecting them.
  • Browser tabs now show the page you’re on, and the Tread favicon is visible in dark mode.
  • GIF and WebP images are no longer accepted anywhere in the product — use PNG or JPEG instead.

New features

Dispatch back on the bottom bar — People who both drive and dispatch now keep Dispatch on the bottom bar instead of having to dig for it, with Live Map and Account moved into More. Drive-only users see the same Assigned, History, Messages and Account tabs as before.Material and requested amount on the assigned job card — The assigned job card now shows the job’s own material and requested amount under the pickup site, so a driver can see what they are hauling and how much without opening the job.Project and order attachments on mobile — Dispatchers and foremen can now open project and order attachments from the order Details tab, instead of switching to a computer to look at a file.

Improvements

  • Photo readability checks are more accurate on iPhone and flag far fewer good ticket and timesheet photos as unusable.
Web

New features

Search and paging that reach every record — Search boxes across Settings, Administration and Approvals now search every record on the server instead of only the rows currently on screen, and screens that were silently capped now have a working pager. Departments, Materials, Equipment, Labels, Capacity Breakdown, Automatic Settlement Add-Ons, Admin Connections, Tickets Review and Driver Day all moved over. Search is also roughly six times faster and shows a spinner while it runs.Auto-assign equipment to jobs is now your setting — Having a driver’s truck and trailer attach to a job automatically used to require a request to Tread. It is now a toggle in Settings → Configuration that an admin can turn on or off at any time.

Improvements

  • Settlements can now be sorted by “For” — the vendor or driver on payables, the customer on receivables — ascending or descending, across every page.
  • QuickBooks line descriptions can include a job’s ticket numbers and pay time, with an Advanced option to list ticket numbers by load, by job, or both.
  • Selecting specific jobs and clicking “Send all” no longer asks for an extra confirmation.
  • The “Require approval to settle” checkbox is hidden until the billing work behind it is live, so it can no longer be switched on with no effect.
  • The Tread logo on the loading screen is now visible in dark mode.

New features

Email settlements to customers and vendors — Settlements can now be emailed straight from Tread with the PDF attached, one at a time or in bulk from the selection bar. A preview shows who will receive what before anything sends, the subject line is editable, and a new permission controls who can send.Dispatch status filtering — Dispatch status counts are now clickable and return exactly the jobs they represent, including vendor-shared jobs. Counts appear when a single day is selected, so the number on the panel and the list below it always agree.QuickBooks service date and richer line descriptions — Exported invoice and bill lines from QuickBooks can now include order PO, project name, pickup and drop-off sites, driver, delivered quantity, a job’s ticket numbers, and its pay start and end times. A new setting sends the job date as the Service Date on invoice lines. Companies that have not changed their configuration see no difference.Dismiss false duplicate ticket flags — A ticket wrongly flagged as a possible duplicate can now be marked “Not a duplicate” and cleared, with the record showing who cleared it and when. A genuinely new or edited match flags it again.Customizable table columns — Tables across Settings, Administration, and Approvals now carry a Columns menu to show, hide, and reorder columns, plus drag-to-resize, and your layout survives a reload. Search, paging, and row actions work exactly as before.Recurring settlement add-ons — “Broker Fees” is now “Recurring Settlement Add-Ons,” with a banner explaining how it works so it can be found for truck rental, supplemental pay, and credits too. The installments field shows the split math as you type, and the two installment columns are now one (“3 of 10” or “Ongoing”).

Improvements

  • Load notes now flow through to payroll and load reports, including on loads created before this change.
  • Approving a load now clears its AI “needs review” flag, so approved loads drop out of the flagged filter.
  • User CSV import accepts everyday US phone formats, explains rejected rows in plain language, and no longer reports a partly failed import as a success.
  • Settings › Units and profile notification preferences now use a tick-to-save table instead of Edit/Save/Cancel.
  • The order form’s “apply rate changes” default is now an admin-controlled company setting under Settings › Configuration › Display.
  • Material Types can now be sorted by name, so new types are no longer stranded on the last page.
  • Fast-Weigh deliveries now carry the name of the person who entered the order and a drop-off contact line.
  • Ticket webhooks now include the ticket number and quantity.
  • Settlement PDFs download as just the display ID, without the settlement- prefix.
  • The “Your files are ready” toast now clears itself after 3 seconds.
Mobile

New features

Truck name plates on maps — Truck numbers now appear directly on map pins, on both Live Map and the order map. Dispatchers can tell trucks apart at a glance instead of tapping each one.Blurry photo warning — The app now checks a ticket or timesheet photo before it uploads and warns the driver if it looks too blurry to read, so unusable images get retaken on site instead of discovered in the back office.

Improvements

  • The bottom bar now caps at five tabs, with the rest moved into a new More tab, fixing cramped and clipped labels, especially in Spanish and at larger text sizes.
  • The default digital ticket view is now a company setting admins can change in Settings themselves, instead of a hidden toggle that needed a request.
  • When a driver’s session expires, the app stops retrying queued location uploads instead of retrying indefinitely. Queued locations are kept and resume after sign-in.

New features

Sage exports for settlements — Settlements can now be exported to Sage directly from the bulk actions bar, with a format picker when more than one format is enabled. Re-exporting warns first, and every settlement row shows whether and when it was last exported.Driver-reported times on hours approvals — Approvers now see each driver-submitted timesheet’s own start, end and total on the job, alongside its image. A single action copies those times onto the job’s billable hours, warning first if it would overwrite a manual adjustment.QuickBooks line description settings — Companies can now choose which fields appear in exported invoice and bill line descriptions, and in what order, with a live preview and separate setups for receivables and payables. Leave it alone and descriptions stay exactly as they are today.Order actions on Approve Jobs — The order card on Approve Jobs now carries the same three-dot actions menu as Dispatch — text all drivers, duplicate or copy-and-edit the order, download files and job card PDFs, and cancel the order without leaving Approvals.

Improvements

  • The “Collapse order cards by default” setting now applies to Approve Jobs, Payables and Receivables as well as Dispatch, and your expand/collapse choice survives filter changes, searches and refreshes.
  • Selecting a customer account on the Create/Edit Project and Order forms now shows that account’s notes right below it.
  • The delete confirmation on the Projects page now names the project you are about to delete.
  • Bulk “Download job card PDFs” has moved into the Export Jobs dropdown.
  • Fuel Price Index and Fuel Surcharge Schedule tables now load one page at a time, so they stay fast as price history grows.
  • Drivers flagged with “hide rates” no longer see their own pay rate on jobs and loads in the mobile app.
