Parent-company consolidated billing: consolidated view — Parent companies can now view a consolidated roll-up of invoices and settlements across all child terminals from a single headquarters view. Filter by location to drill into specific terminal billing data, with an origin-company indicator on each line item. See multi-entity billing.

Material rate auto-population — The order form now automatically fills the correct material buy/sell price based on the most specific matching rate. When multiple rates exist for a material, the system picks the right one by customer, project, and site specificity, so the most targeted rate always wins.Rate visibility controls for drivers — Admins can now set “Hide Rates” on driver-role users from the driver creation and edit forms. Drivers keep their role while being prevented from seeing financial rate information.

  • Rates History: event descriptions now show the rate card name, rule, and job number; the full timeline loads instead of truncating at 25 records; and internal system rows are filtered out.
  • Rate card provenance on hover in the dispatch jobs table: see which rate card each party’s rate came from, plus a new “Rates Set” indicator on project and order cards.
  • A Material Rates panel is added to the Site form for viewing, adding, and editing rates in place.

The rate-change impact preview now opens as a detailed side sheet showing affected orders with dispatch number, status, and site info. Admins can filter by date range and selectively exclude orders. Add-on changes and rate card additions and deletions now trigger the impact dialog (not just rate-value edits), and the cascade now works at the order level, not just from the project form. See who made each change, when it happened, and the before and after values, all displayed in your local timezone.
