What you’ll do

Switch on the two AI agents that cut billing time: Ticket Chaser and AI Auto Approvals.

Before you start

  • Drivers and Vendors set up so the agent knows who to chase.
  • A first dispatch run completed so the agents have tickets to work on.
  • A billing lead identified to review the agents’ first week of output.

Walkthrough

1

Turn on Ticket Chaser

Settings → Agents → Ticket Chaser → toggle on. Ticket Chaser is the agent that texts drivers and vendors when a ticket is missing or unclear. Set the cutoff hour and the days it runs.
2

Turn on AI Auto Approvals

Settings → Agents → AI Auto Approvals → toggle on. The agent reads each ticket against your approval rules and auto-approves the clean ones, queuing only exceptions for human review. Pick the confidence threshold — high-confidence only is the safe default.
3

Review the first week

For the first five business days, the billing lead reviews every auto-approved ticket. After that, sample 10% and trust the rest.

Verify

Settings → Agents shows both agents as Active. Open the agent log — Ticket Chaser shows outbound messages, Auto Approvals shows tickets it has cleared.

Common mistakes

Treating AI ticket flags as blocking. AI ticket review is informational. A flag means “look at this,” not “reject this.” Train your billing lead to read the flag context, then approve or correct. Auto-rejecting flagged tickets misses real loads and erodes trust in the agent.
