What this will solve

Quoting today lives in spreadsheets, email threads, and the back of a notebook. A customer asks for a number on a 5,000-ton aggregate haul, and the answer takes a day — by which time the contractor has already called your competitor. Sales Quotes will let an estimator build, price, and send a customer-facing quote in minutes, then drop the won quote straight into a Project without retyping a thing.

What it will include

  • Customer-facing quote PDFs with line items, rates, add-ons, and fuel surcharge.
  • Reusable quote templates per customer or job type.
  • Quote → Project conversion in one click. No double entry.
  • Approval routing for quotes above a configurable dollar threshold.
  • Versioning so you can see what changed between revisions.

Status

Coming soon. Until then, most customers handle quoting in their CRM or accounting system and use Tread for everything downstream of quote acceptance — projects, dispatch, tickets, settlements.
