Edit a vendor’s driver when a name or phone number changes. Remove the driver when they stop driving for that vendor.

Open Settings → Vendors

Click the MANAGE button

Find the driver and click the pencil icon

The list shows every driver who belongs to this vendor or is shared to them.

Edit the details and click Update

Resend a driver’s invite

A vendor’s driver who never activated their account can get a new invite.

Open the vendor's Drivers tab

Go to Settings → Accounts → Vendors, click MANAGE, and stay on the Drivers tab.

Find the driver and click the ••• icon

Click Resend Email Invite or Resend SMS Invite

Each option only shows if the driver hasn’t activated yet and has that email address or phone number on file. To add a missing one, edit the driver first.

Remove a driver

You remove a driver by unsharing them from the vendor’s account.

Find the driver and click the ••• icon

Click Remove Share

The driver may still be shared to your account. Remove that share from Settings → Drivers in your own account.

Common pitfalls

A driver sees no pay rate on their loads. Check Share Pay Rate on the company share for that driver (the row that shares the driver to another company). When it’s on, the rate set on the job is passed through as the driver’s pay. When it’s off, no driver pay rate is set, even though dispatch still works. Only the company that shared the driver can change this setting, so a vendor that received the driver may need to ask that company.
